Bidrage med feedbackI have to share that I had the unforgettable burger experience on holiday this summer. these French chefs literally perfected the hamburger. we visited my laws in the region limousin and ran into this truck at a lake festival. this is the lkw. good to do for locals because up to this trip, I was not aware of any alternative to mom's cooking in this region. this is a region that strives to grow its economy and industry, which surprised me to find these talented chefs in such a remote location and felt compelled to write about them. I would like to give these youngs the public they deserve, so I encourage every Hamburger enthusiast, at least like their side, or even better look out and give them a try to catch them is they in the region limoges. after 12 years in France (I am American, I never had such a Burger experience, especially not one that I would be encouraged to write or share. if they can believe it, the adventurous starts with a food truck. the owners listen carefully to their order and note attentively every detail. (so they can be sure they get it right! the toasty rolls are made especially by a local baker with poppy and sesame seeds, crispy at all the right places and keep them as they capture the sandwich. truly, the most remarkable bungalows for a hamburger. I ordered the classicburger. they decide how well cooked (or under cooked they want the meat. it is local prestigious limousin bark, bred to perfection. a fill of creamy cheddar brings the fresh field green and crunchy swirl. the field greens added an almost herbal note that made it unique. also a thin piece pancetta and imported American grill sauce added just the right note of smokey taste. I don't think I've ever experienced a burger in such an unforgettable fashion and I'm eating. to round it off, there was also something great about her fries. cannot put my finger on it completely, not sure whether they were from fresh kartoffels or not, but equally amazing. I imagine that these young franchising, win international competitions and great achievements. Finally, fresh quality ingredients prepared with skill and passion are key factors for the success of foods. apparently there is an app where they can track food trucks to determine their location. I highly recommend looking for these youngs when they get the chance.

I want to give these guys the publicity they deserve so I encourage any hamburger enthusiasts to at least Like their page, or even better seek them out and give them a try only catch is they are in the Limoges region. The toasty buns are specially made by a local baker topped with poppy and sesame seeds, crispy in all the right places and hold firm as you grasp the sandwich. Truly, the most appreciable buns for a hamburger. I ordered the Klassik burger. You decide how well-cooked (or under-cooked) you want the meat. It is local renowned Limousin beef, chargrilled to perfection. An abundance of creamy cheddar brings out the fresh field greens and crisp onions. The field greens added an almost herbal touch that made it unique. Also, a thin slice of pancetta and imported American barbecue sauce added just the right touch of smokey flavor. I don't think I've ever experienced a Burger in such a memorable fashion. And I KNOW food. To top it off, there was also something amazing about their fries. Can't quite put my finger on it, not sure if they were from fresh potatoes or not but equally amazing. I envision these guys franchising out, winning international competitions, and big achievements. After all, fresh quality ingredients prepared with skill and passion are key factors to food success. Apparently there is an App where you can track food trucks to determine their location. I highly recommend seeking these guys out if you get the chance.
Pour en avoir vu plusieurs sur la ville et ses alentours, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !! Les saveurs et les textures proposées sont divines!! À tester absolument.
Des burgers qui donnent tous plus faim les uns que les autres,difficile de faire un choix, les garnitures proposées sont supers sympas est variées ! (le meilleur est donc d'y revenir pour goûter ceux qu'on n'a pas pu prendre les fois d'avant !) C'est suffisamment copieux pour un repas, sans que le pain soit bourratif,les frites sont délicieuses.Ils ont leurs propres bières,le service est rapide même quand il y a la queue...Bref, si vous passez près de leur camion, vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
