Las Hermanas - Limbo

Their siomai and congee are the best in town. Actually, they serve really tasty foods, but I highly recommend the siomai and the congee. Kids love em (and the adults, too) :)

Las Hermanas is a classic restaurant in Cotabato City. Their main carrier is their siomai which is usually chicken to accommodate Muslim customers. Their siomai is of course much better than kowloon food chain in Manila. Theirs is simply juice and with no extender at all. Best of all, you can enjoy thier siomai with cold beers. On the other hand, take extra precaution. Sit on the back of a wall to see what is going on. You should know where to jump or take cover in case there is something untoward that happens.

You seldom see pork being sold in Cotabato. But if you eat pork, this is the best place you can visit. They have a dimsum platter and Crispy Lechon Kawali (suckling pig). They also offer exclusive rooms for VIP.

If in cotabato city, las Herman's provides provides the best siomai platter in town. Can even compete those in other places as far as my taste is concerned. You can also request your siomai to be deep fried! They do have rice toppings too with equally good choices. Service is fast if you make Kulit. You can phone them for advance order, or delivery . Place is averagely clean, presentation is just fast food quality. They have cable tv, small screen though. And have a couple of vie okie rooms with cost consumable. Price is affordable especially if you are pending for groups.

The dimsum dishes were superb, better tasting than the famous food chain for dimsum. My friends and I discovered it one day, and we brought our families later.
