Popped in on Monday for a coffee about 3pm, stood at the counter for over 10 minutes with no service and a long queue building behind us despite 2 staff being behind the counter both seemed to be making the same orders at the same time instead of one serving and one making orders. Ended up leaving and going to Bob and Berts where we got served immediately despite it being busy. Food: 3
