Auntie Anne's Pretzels - Lima

Customer service is always great. The cashier was very polite, and respectful. Good food

I always look forward to Auntie Anne's but this location was over cooking their pretzels today. Parts of the edges were almost black. I didn't say anything, but they didn't taste the same being overcooked and not as soft. Super disappointed.

Their new drink is awesome it's worth a half an hour wait through the line

Great pretzels with cheese dip. Love this place. Always busy.

Great selection of pretzels, all 3 employees were rushing to get everything done while the line was wrapped around. Appreciate the hard work they were doing.
