La Olla Criolla - Lima

While visiting Pueblo Libra area in Lima, we wanted to have a light lunch before our next museum visit. We had seen a reference to this place and the name itself was a draw. It is only a few blocks from Av. Brasil and the...Anthropologia museum. We sat down and quickly ordered the lunch special as was everyone else in the restaurant. A tasty first plate of tuna, peas and potatoes bound together with a mayonnaise, was a simple starter. The chicken is criolla sauce was tender and filling. If you want to eat a simple lunch were all the locals eat, come here. Be sure you have a little spanish so as to make yourself understood, as there are no english menus or speakers around.

El mesero tardó 1 hora en traer los refrescos y 2 horas la comida, estaba fría y re-cocinada, al final nos intoxicamos y terminamos en hospital! Pésimo!
