Katana - Lima

This restaurant is bad, and it hurts me to say it. Not only because I love Japanese cuisine, and the Japanese Peruvian Cultural Center, but based on the poor quality you get for such prices. I've tried the Acevichado-Maki, today's standards is now a joke of a dish in most sushi restaurants in Lima, and it's the same here. Bath rice texture, avocado that lacked the correct texture to be served, a sauce so contradictory between ceviche ish and soy sauce as that it ends a aroma fair, and the fish is not even worth mentioning. But hey, this isn't even the worst part. The other dish I tried was Katsudon, which is like roasted pork with rice. It was the worst thing I ever tried. The texture of the meat was so ruined. It was like eating only fried skin with a terrible texture. There was no coherent taste in this dish, and again, rice.... jeez, with so many chefs that slip on an empty restaurant, one would expect them to take care if someone finally visited the **** place. I don't understand how such a bad restaurant can be in such a respected institution. I just hope things get better, but so far they have only become worse.

For all kinds of mais I tried in this restaurant, the sauce always tasted too much like Mayonaise; to the point that her Acevichado had no ceviche feeling at all. I order the above so that I can taste different dishes. The Ebi Furai was fried too much time, the Sashimi was terrible, the soup was too salty. The only delicious dish was one, the noodles and some vegetables.

Regular nigiri sushi, but great acevichado maki. The best part are their combos for lunch, which are amazing Bento dishes, especially because of the variety of plate.

Katana es uno de mis restaurantes de comida japonesa favoritos. Su comida se ve siempre rica y la relación calidad-precio es correcta.Sus meseros son agradables y tienen barra libre entre el jueves y viernes. Creo que también los sábados.Queda un poco lejos de donde vivo, pero cada vez que puedo, no importa ni el tráfico, ni el tiempo. Sé que siempre voy a comer rico.

Es mi restaurant de comida japonesa favorito ... tiene mucha variedad de opciones .. la comida es buenísima, los ingredientes frescos .. muy bien presentado ... la atención de primera y el ambiente súper agradable .. además también tiene una barra muy variada en cocktails... el salmón buenísimo !!!
