Chili's - Lima

Great service The service was really good and the gentlemen we had were very friendly. The food was okay, it was warm, but not hot, and the drinks we ordered were flat. I probably wouldn't eat again.

The staff was so nice and friendly. Really helpful and gave us a great menu and trip advice. Food was average, nothing extraordinary what you expect from a chain.

We stopped here for lunch as they looked good at eating and served large portions. Our waitress was very good and good food and good service. Not too expensive.

I was quite surprised to find the same menu and standards as in the US. Why I went to Chilis when the is an abundance of delicious local food I don't know! Anyway for a regular chain meal is was OK

Three different waitresses, the first one came to my table immediately after I sat down, but when I asked her to come back in 2 minutes after I had had a chance to look at my menu, she proceeded to do other things nearby, even making eye contact, without coming to the table. Later, it took 20 minutes to give me my check after I had asked for it. That, and the ice cream had clearly melted and been re-frozen.
