In a modern atmosphere without chichi, the restaurant goes straight with its frank and direct tastes in a plate to dressage, otherwise fine, worked and thought for a result of a successful visual quality. Fast service is without difficulty and makes it comfortable with its smile and good mood. The quality of products is undeniable and seasonings highlight the foods offered. In the absence of eccentricity, the associations of flavors remain the result of a fair and balanced cuisine tastefully. Immanquably the products are fresh, seasonal, and homemade dishes, which allows to rediscover texture games forgotten by so much junk food that we serve too often in many restaurants, and to satisfy the pleasure of taste buds. If the veal dish taken on this day seemed to me rubbery, when thinking, it seems that the cooking was successful because blending with relevance with the cracker of beans and beans, all emphasized by a brown background sauce; the pearly aspect of the calf slices was of a pleasant visual quality. This restaurant is proof that vegetable cuisine can largely satisfy the satiety too long accustomed to the heavy and fatty cuisine of the northern dishes. The bread is very good; the plates filled just what it takes but without greedy possible (we ask again because it's good) ; honest and efficient dessert; sweet mouths, nice attention, pleasant ; just cooking. I slightly reproach the prices that I would have liked a little more gustative in the plate; a room that darkens in the noise pretty quickly; very light odor of closed room in room; some slight seasoning gaps in brown background sauce and veal meat. It is a wise and neat cuisine that is the sign of a restaurant with a strong potential for evolution, during which the dishes will gain in eccentricity to acquire the grain of madness and personality that will result in an explosion of flavors and generosity. Unless the academy felt was just the one of the dishes I chose this day. In any case, the restaurant offers a healthy and balanced taste experience, which is a pleasant concept: you don't eat, you enjoy without excess.
I had the opportunity to celebrate my 20th birthday in this sublime restaurant We were very welcome, the servers were very nice and the impeccable service The dishes are really good: a modern and traditional cuisine. For my part, I took beef in sauce with a potato purée! It was excellent In dessert, I took a brownie home with a vanilla ice smoked in hay it was surprising but really good. I highly recommend this restaurant
