Our nearby hotel had a very limited menu at the weekend so we were glad to find this unpretentious, slightly old-fashioned and very French restaurant nearby. We enjoyed the 31 euro set evening meal and when we couldn't understand all the menu the waitress fetched her iPad so we could get a translation, amidst lots of smiling and nodding. Good value at 88 euros for two including a bottle of house wine & 2 coffees.

We enjoyed the set meal which came with lots of extras. It was home cooked and well presented. The waitress had little English and we have little French so the menu was great fun as we all tried sign language, mooed, baaed and clucked. A lovely evening. We would go back
