Shawarma Plus

Horrible food and horrible service. Server was incredibly rude and insulted my friend by questioning her intelligence just because she asked for clarification on the menu. When we confronted him about this, he responded with I don 't care, you can get out of my restaurant. Overall, food was extremely dry and the server was INCREDIBLY rude.Honestly would give this place 0 stars if I could.

Following our arrival from the United States, my friends and I proceeded in enjoying our time in the beautifully brisk city of Montréal. After a long day of exploration, the night was near and we were all fairly hungry when we passed by this restaurant. After stepping inside, my friend proceeded in making her order and she was confused with some of the combination options that were available. The server insulted my friend who had trouble by suggesting that she should work on her Calculus knowledge. This was disgusting to hear from a server but we all kept quiet and waited for the food to be prepared. When it finally came time to eat, the chicken was terribly dry and with no flavor (I have eaten whole wheat bread with more substance), and the falafel tasted like nothing but white sauce. A lot of the toppings were also old and sour, just like the server we spoke with. Upon our time to exit the restaurant, we confronted the server about his language and how it was inappropriate to talk to customers in the manner that he did, while he simply said that he was just joking and that he speaks like this with his customers all of the time. He then proceeded in openly acknowledging that he does not care about how we feel or our business, so we left promptly. Not only was the food disgusting and dry, but the customer service made me miss the United States. Customer service should always be a priority, regardless of where an employee is stationed and what they are assigned to do. After all, no one put a gun to your head telling you to work, so make people want to continue to come to the restaurant. 10/10 would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

The food was dry, the service was just okay, the beef tasted weird and old and so did the chicken. The potatoes they gave me were dry, old, hard and were missing some dressing.overally my experience was not the best.I do not recommend this place at all of you want to eat a shawarma or a shish taouk!otherwise the pizza was looking good and so did the pitas.
