Second Cup Café

I absolutely adore Second Cup! Their coffee is amazing, and being Canadian really enhances the experience. We definitely need more coffee shops like this in Montreal. The staff recommended a mango or strawberry smoothie for my kids, and they loved it!

I visited with my family of five for a quick snack, and the location is conveniently just a short walk from Concordia. The staff was incredibly friendly, and there were plenty of options to choose from, including frozen yogurt, which my son absolutely loved. We found a spot at the window bar, where the lively activity outside kept us entertained.

This restaurant is amazing, featuring a lovely atmosphere. The prices are fair, and the space is always calm and tidy. It's a perfect place to bring your laptop and get some work done while enjoying some tasty café food.

The coffee at this place is quite good, but I've noticed that the milk for lattes is sometimes overheated, which impacts the taste. Additionally, I'm often disappointed to find that sparkling drinks like lemonade or Italian sodas, which are on the menu, are unavailable. I never receive an explanation for their absence. It would be beneficial if the menu accurately represented what is currently in stock, as this would set better expectations for customers.

The hours displayed at the counter do not align with their actual opening times. I've gone there at 6:00 PM on days when they are supposed to be open until 8:00 PM, and over the past four weeks, I've found them closed every single time.
