I am a regular customer of this cafe. The staff is great and very kind (including the manager . On the other hand, the steering is not great. The big boss decided to remove the cups and only make disposable cups (thanks for ecology! , despite a petition with many pages to put the cups back. The boss simply removed it, not taking into consideration the requests of his customers. Same for tipping, customers have been asking for a while for the card machine to be able to offer tips, but the big boss doesn't care! Concerning the food, before the manager prepared it on site with love for his customers, but big boss decided otherwise. In summary, this café only holds together thanks to its manager and servers who are adorable!! while management should question itself and think more about the desires of its customers than remaining stuck on its outdated marketing ideas.
