Terrible service. I despise this A&W. I get that the lunch hour is busy, but the staff is so slow! They move around without urgency. Also, customers are constantly cutting in line and the cashiers are indecisive about who to serve next. Disastrous!! No hello or have a good day, the basics of customer service, are you kidding me? Just blank stares from the cashier. The workers can’t seem to understand English or French, or they communicate with you in both languages switching from one to the other. I repeat my name four times to the cashier for the order and she still butchers it. Orders pile up and they are completely lost.. no organization at all. They forget items and you have to remind them of what you ordered. Always a negative experience! I only gave two stars because I like the food. Who is managing this place? Fire everyone and start fresh is what I say..

Amazing burgers! Got a spicy chicken burger and a mama burger, they both tasted fantastic!!

There was only one person responsible for customers and everything was sold out on weekend.

Super slow it was not lunch rush hour at the mall kitchen was backedup, onion rings were not undercooked, no seasoning and the chicken fingers, although cooked were not crispy and very limp. at one point the food piled up in the window and nothing was being given to customers
