Bidrage med feedbackI was at his bar five times and was never asked for my ID. I visited this bar recently and the anger was not disturbing. She asked for ID BEFORE, we even asked for drinks. This is understandable (by law). But NONE from the staff we saw asked us before. EVER. The problem is not in the fact that it is used for our ID (which each of us can offer). The problem was that NOT ONE of her asked the employees of the “business that they training” not before. I keep them completely responsible because they don't train any person who trains LEGAL WAY. This is in management. Make your business. Please indicate
If I gave this place a zero star. The old Heg bartender and owner we saw outside and decided how nothing happened was garbage!. Both have 0% customer labels and professionalism.
The customer service at this restaurant is very unprofessional. They really need to learn how to treat their customers better. I went there to sing karaoke and was denied service because the female manager asked for my ID, even though I had been there 10 or more times and had my ID with me. I even just asked for water, but apparently that doesn't bring in much profit. The manager also seemed to be discriminating against my Latino husband. If they want to have a successful business, they really need to improve their customer service.
She called to inquire if they were hosting karaoke, only to find out they were only doing music trivia. It's important to know the schedule before making assumptions.
This was definitely a very unique place to go for a drink the biggest thing for me was The margaritas on the rocks that bartender she was amazing I would honestly go back just for those margaritas
