American Deli - Lilburn

This location is the only one on the main drag of Lawrenceville highway and Rockbridge Road. The food is good and always fresh and hot but the staff don’t answer the phone just close this location down if you can’t handle the demand just close this location.Customers have to call and call and call no one answers the phone it’s very frustrating and disappointing! Get staff at this location that want to work and do there jobs! But again, if you can’t handle the demand just close this location. Give another American deli a chance because this location is very disappointing when it comes to customer service!!!

I have been coming here for a couple of years now, and I’ve never had an issue with this place until today. I ordered 3 orders of wings 6 pcs , and the lady working was telling me they sell 5 pcs or 10 pcs when I know they don 't; it’s even on the door dash app for 6 pcs.I don’t care at this point, I’m like, Okay, just give me 5 pcs on each order. When my dad shows up to pick up the order, they are charging him for the drinks when I told this lady no drinks, and she still charged them saying it comes with the order, when I know I have the option of having the drinks or not.Also on the receipt it said 6 pcs meal when it was a 5 pcs of wings on the 3 orders.

This place is never open, and the hours are always deceiving, but if you do find it open food is the best around.

Food was great, super hot and fresh. The crispy fries are some if the best anywhere. Gyro is awesome. My son had the Philly and wing combo and all was tasty, hot and fresh. Service was pretty quick too.Food: 5/5
