Mcdonald's - Lihue

KS#3, amazed at how well she works and was very pleasant despite line. Must be quite hard but way to go aunty! Food was pretty fast and hit during morning rush hour. I went inside but drive thru was quick moving. Just lucky? Not sure but nice, clean, convenient location. Came back next day to same location because was in the area. Paulette?, cashier, very nice lady along with other workers. Way to go!

We waited 20 mins at the drive thru just to pick up our mobile order. Take notes we click the button already here on the app when we were 2mins away from mcdonald. But when it was our turn to order i told her my online order code 3 times in the speaker but she keep saying it 's not a valid code so i ask her if i could come up and show my recites and my code and i did nicely but she keep saying it aint a valid code so i told her to try my other transactions and she keep saying the same thing thats it not valid. Until few min she finally got my other order and told her to try my other code for my other order but once again she keep saying its not valid and walk out on us. I drive up and wanted to talk to the other employes but there she goes again comes up and do nothing! I already had enough and didn 't want to hold the drive thru line so i ask her if i could cancel it so i did but when we got home we saw our mobile bank that it took out. I never really got any trouble with mobile order until now and it was the worst experience i dont know if she 's a manager or what but she 's very unprofessional walking out while we were still figuring out what to do cause i showed her everything that need to be seen.. it would 've been more professional if she help us and gave us an option what to do with the mobile and she could 'ven been more polite talking to us.. i believe her name marjorie aranda 12/19/21 8-836 pm

Service is glacially slow. Like watching paint dry. Wasn't even a peak hour according do Google. Long lines both to order and to pick up. Drive thru line is to the road. Took 20 minutes to get our simple order.

Weirdest McDonald 's experience I 've ever had...and that says a lot. I ordered my food and then needed to use the restroom, which had to be unlocked. An older woman let me in but when I came out she saw I had brought my Dr. Pepper in with me. She then lead me back to the bathroom and tried to make me pour it out or throw it away. I told her I would put in my car but she still tried to make me go back into the bathroom to get rid of it. I finally just walked away. Then we headed to our seats and found ourselves in the employee only selection by the drink refill station and was yelled at by another worker. We didn 't realize it was closed because most McDonald 's don 't have a roped off section for employees. They also have a no refill policy!! Weird place.
