The Eastwood Inn - Ligonier

The service was excellent. Our waitress provided great recommendations and shared the history of the restaurant with us. The steak was incredibly tender, and the house dressing was the best vinaigrette I've ever tried. The vegetables were slightly disappointing. The cheesecake was fantastic! The restaurant was a bit hard to find from the road, but once we learned the background story, it all made sense and felt intentional.

Everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals at this restaurant. The steak was tasty, the pasta was excellent, and the fillet special was amazing. The appetizers were also very good, and the cosmo cocktail was great. The only downside of the evening was the dessert, as the carrot and chocolate cakes were not enjoyed by all.

We made a reservation which I highly recommend. Let the server know if it's your first time dining there. The restaurant is steeped in history. We enjoyed a delicious filet that practically melted in our mouths. We also had a chat with the bartender, who shared some interesting stories. Don't forget to sign the guestbook. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, so I suggest arriving early. Overall, we had a great experience and can't wait to go back.

My husband and I had dinner reservations last night for his birthday. From the moment we walked to the door we knew we were in for a good night. The atmosphere was beautiful. Once inside we went to the bar (behind a beautiful working fireplace). We ordered some cocktails and they were delicious! The owner made my husbands drink by hand and it was fantastic. After enjoying a drink at the bar we walked to our seats. We ordered possibly the best steaks we have ever had in our lives. My husband ordered a bone in ribeye and a lobster tail. I had a bone in New York strip. Both were done to perfection. I would be remiss to not mention the homemade onion rings. Now I didn’t know I could enjoy onion rings as much as I did these. We are currently looking at our calendar and trying to figure out the next time that we can come back for a date night and enjoy another great evening.

Delicious! The crab and mushroom dip was crazy good as an appetizer and the filet was tender enough to cut with a fork!
