I read with regret a disparaging review made by a guest who stayed in the same period as me. Throughout my stay, the satisfaction of finding the surprises of the appetizers and desserts were something that was appreciated by all the guests because I noticed that the dishes were returning empty in the kitchen (excuse my professional deformation) what about the rich mid-August buffet where the chef presented many delicacies. As for the owners and staff, I personally found them more than kind: always available and smiling. it is dated but it is not run down . I am one of those many people who feel offended because you deem this person of little value and I will be happy to go back. Lastly, I'm surprised that he lasted 10 days in a hotel he described as a nightmare

Hotel in a wonderful location, staff and owners very courteous and helpful. From the room we had a breathtaking view and in the evening... Eyes to the sky to see the stars. Fantastic

Beautiful place! unique for its view and emotion that the village where it is provides visitors. ultra helpful staff and nice food clean rooms very good!

The structure is very old but in a wonderful location. the village of con deserves a visit anyway. the price for half board seemed unjustly high and I was disappointed by one aspect: over a week before arrival I made it clear that I am vegan but that even a vegetarian meal would be good not to create excessive difficulties. despite the notice, no one took care of this request. the only vegetarian dish in the menu was the carrot velvet.
