Caribou Coffee - Liberty

I love Caribou Coffee. I usually get hot mint condition with dark chocolate but today I tried it blended…OMG heaven!

Stop by almost every morning. Inconsistency in making the drinks makes it tough to give more than 3. I've seen 5 or more different camp fire chillers. Ordered the same but completely different from one another.

Terrible hot chocolate. They never use enough chips so you end up with foamed brown milk and zero chocolate taste. They need new management or something. I had 3 complete failures with hot cocoa there in 4 weeks. Will not be back.

Looks like they need to take better care of their existing customers. I go here every morning for my coffee. I finally had enough this morning when I noticed my cup was a bit light AGAIN. This picture is of my coffee this morning before I even took a sip. I didn't pay for a medium but that's what I got.

I'm just curious, does the phone number listed not work? Because I come over all of the time (never had any issues till this, today) and this time one of the drinks I got was horrible expired. I don't know if it was the milk or the mix or what.. we just grabbed coffee on our way through town so we weren't going to drive all the way back to get a new coffee today..
