Wake Up Call Liberty Lake

Waited 12 minutes inside while they took order after order outside. Had I driven, I could have looped three times. Then someone else walks in right after I leave and is serviced right away. I’ll never come back.

This location is soooo slow! Took me almost 30 minutes just to get one drink. Don’t go to this location unless you want to be late to work like I was.Editing this review from 2 stars to 1 star. This place has seriously gone downhill. The coffee is meh and the service is terrible. It again took over 30 minutes to get 2 drinks and after that one of them wasn’t even correct. This has happened more than these 2 times with different staff each time. It makes me wonder how terrible the management must be. I’ve been coming to Wake up call for years, but I think it’s time to find somewhere else.

Inside is meh, there's not much of help deciding what you want, there's a small menu with a few items on it, drive thru is better but could be better for quality.

Friendly staff. The order of drive thru vs. being inside at the counter can be frustrating. More than once, while inside my order has been pushed back for the drive thru orders. The drinks are always well made. The burritos are always good. The bagels are fine except when they heat them as a sandwich, the bottom of the bagel becomes too hard to eat.

Smells like sugar/a coffee stand in the lobby. Crumbs, spills, trash all over the place too. Also no one greeted me when I walked in/sat down, just not super welcoming! But when the girl (I think the manager/shift lead) took my order she was so kind!!
