Restaurace U Medvěda - Liberec

I am Australian with Czech inheritance and visited u medveda last night. I write this review because I believe that the restaurant needs recognition for the amazing eating that they create. the homemade gnocchi with cheese, huhn and spinat was honestly the best meal I have eaten in the last year! gnocchi follows the risk of being bland but that was certainly not. it had a wonderful strong aroma of garlic and the creamy sauce was full of cheese to help tie the dish. I have been breastfeeding everything: my family has previously visited recommendation, and the consens is that the cook really brings the care and attention to the detail in her kitchen. the location in the beer garden is also a wonderful place to rest and socialize and the waiters were very helpful.

Great outdoor terase for summer drinks. reasonable prices. unfortunately no vegan options. they can have ridden with veggie. ask the waitress not to put butter in them;
