Ruffino's Italian - Liberal

We had a delightful culinary journey through Italy, and everything tasted fantastic. This is the best restaurant I've visited in Liberal so far. While the bread was decent, it wasn't exceptional. However, everything else, including the service, was great.

There were so many wonderful things about this restaurant that I hope I can remember all of them. First of all, it’s located in a beautiful, rustic building. The staff, including the servers and hostesses, were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our drinks and bread were served to us right away, and the bread was absolutely delicious. The menu offered a great variety of options, and I chose the Pasta Sampler, which was amazing. The noodles were soft and flavorful, the ricotta cheese was exquisite, and the marinara sauce was just as impressive. We capped off our meal with two slices of cheesecake, which were heavenly and practically melted in our mouths. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we were thrilled to have discovered this gem. If we ever return to this area, we will definitely make a stop at Ruffino's.

Absolutely delicious Italian cuisine! I'm on a work trip, and whenever I pass through Liberal, I always make sure to have dinner here. The food is fantastic and reasonably priced! Their homemade dinner rolls are incredible, and they offer about six different sauces to pair with them. I always go for the Tortellini Alla Panna, which never fails to satisfy after a long day of traveling through Kansas. If you find yourself in Liberal, whether for a stopover or an overnight stay, be sure to give this place a try—you won't be disappointed!

Authentic? Who cares; great food!. I've come through Liberal many times, always disappointed by the quality of food around here. FINALLY, I've found some great food. Is it what you'll find in Italy? If I were going to Italy, I hope so.

This was my second trip, but a first for my family. We all loved it! Our server became tied up with a large private group about half way through our meal, but the other servers were happy to jump in and assist her. The food is always great, and I highly recommend getting the calamari as an appetizer delicious! And if you have a sensitive sweet tooth, the cheesecake is fantastic! We will definitely go again!
