The food was fantastic and there was so much we took it home and was delicious the next day.

Amazing, classic German food! We had the sausage platter, pretzel, beef stroganoff, schnitzel, and apple strudel for dessert. Everything was so good, with simple execution that feels like a homemade meal. The stroganoff gravy was rich and hearty. Even the pickled sides were amazing. Our server was Josephine and she was so sweet and attentive. Our favorite was definitely dessert, the apple strudel sent us to another world. We kept looking for more after we had already finished it.

The weinerschnetzel and hog knuckle were good. Service was good. Saturday night entertainment was great. Plan to go back soon.

Worth a long drive if you want authentic German food, great live music and great atmosphere. My daughter and I came up from downtown for the music on the weekends and it was awesome. Very large portions! Easy to get a table on the weekend. Music on Fri sat 6 to 10 and sun 4 to 8.
