Wendy's - Lexington

The construction makes it hard to get in and our. they also have parking problems. we were drawn in to go. when we came out, someone had parked a vehicle that not only blocked the exit, but also that was involved because they had begun to go the vehicle that was parked and blocked all the others from the exit. eating is good, but the problems on the parking lot are not worth it.

They were quite busy when I entered, but the young lady that took my order was very friendly. The food came out hot, fast and accurate. The restaurant seemed to be pretty clean.

Rude staff members. You will wait for 30 plus minutes before anyone take your order at door thru. I suggest going to a different location if possible

Writing this review as I’m in line waiting for over 40 minutes in the drive thru for one sandwich. An older woman who looked like the manager walked outside and saw the line and laughed at it then went and sat in her car for 15 minutes while her staff struggled inside. This is the 2nd time I’ve had to wait 30+ minutes in line for a simple order at this location within the past two months

Ordered the bourbon bacon burger. Took it back to the hotel, practically in the same parking lot. The bacon and onion straws were very greasy, cold and hard. Way over cooked almost as if they had been cooked twice. Cheese wasnt even melted. I calles and to notify of my complaint and was just told sorry you didn 't enjoy it. When I then asked to speak to a manager on duty was told they were busy and the girl hung up. Also ordered chili as the side. I asked for hot sauce and crackers. Neither was in the bag or a spoon to eat it with. I picked up my ordee thru the drive through that was ordered on the app. Very disappointed. The burger combo that was also ordered was ok, fries weren 't very fresh tasting.
