Subway - Lexington

This restaurant does not have any good vegetable options available. The salad was wilted and unappetizing. I ended up having to order the sweet teriyaki sandwich instead. I tried to add some sweet onion sauce to it, but it was also not fresh and appetizing. I have been ordering this sandwich for years, and the sauce has never been this bad. This restaurant really needs a health inspection because they seem to be serving old and disgusting food. Even though I noticed this, I still tried to eat the sandwich, which made me feel sick and left a bad taste in my mouth. I do not recommend going to this Subway as there are much better options available that will not serve you poorly cooked food.

I used to adore this subway and never considered going anywhere else, but after today's experience, I will not be returning. I ordered and paid through the app, but when I arrived at the restaurant, they claimed they did not receive the order. I showed them my app receipt clearly indicating the purchase, but they still refused to fulfill it. The woman working there was extremely rude about the situation and insisted that I wait 24 hours to see if the order processed. Very disappointing experience.

Tonight marked the third consecutive time that this restaurant has messed up our order when using the Subway app. This time, our drinks and chips were missing from the delivery, and their response was to either pick them up or contact the company. Their dismissive attitude was the final straw. I'm sorry, but this is truly the worst customer service they can provide. I highly recommend going somewhere else!

Great restaurant. clean, easy to park, faster service, great taste, friendly staff. Metro app offers convenient way to order and get frequent specializations.

You dictate your favorite sandwich ingredients, so surely you like it. Nice tasting cheeses. Breads are nicely done. Like their raspberry cookies!
