Sawyer's Downtown - Lexington

Stopped in Lexington for a night and came on this awesome establishment. The service was amazing and the food matched the service. Next time we are in Lexington we will be enjoying this special gem of a restaurant

My family and I are in Lexington for the weekend and was trying to find a place to eat where a minor could be at night. We walked in exactly one minute before they closed (unknowingly). So we asked them where we could go close by for a quick bite. Nothing around at the time where we could take a 12 year old. Without hesitation they asked us if we wanted them to throw a few burgers on the grill while they cleaned. Derek and Michael were so nice to us and made some of the best burgers we’ve ever had! If ever in Lexington again, we will definitely be back. Thank you guys, definitely appreciated!

As always the cornerstone of Downtown Lexington shown why it's still the hands down best burger I'll ever eat and has stood as foot hold for restaurants and businesses for four decades.

Overall ranking could have been better,Food was great just like it always has been! The owner is very friendly as he always has been, atmosphere definitely different the other place WAS AWESOME the bar was amazing. However the lady at the front could definitely be a lot more friendlier, thought it was just me that she had the problem with until I witnessed it with two other groups.. other than that SAWYERS KEEP ROCKING DOWNTOWN LEXINGTON

Overall, it was a very nice place. The staff is very friendly, and the food is great. I've had their chili cheese dog and their burger. The food is always fresh, I love that I can put whatever I want on my burger. They have a bar with condiments for you to choose from.
