Ranada's Kitchen - Lexington

I came here with a friend in the Burgerwoche and it was the first layer of the server. his name was chad and he was so wonderful. we had some of the best service I've ever experienced. it was the most delicious burger during the week of the burger, but chad made it so much better. thanks to the incredible Renada’s employees! I'm sure I'll be back in no time!

This place was so dang good! My buddy and I started off with the cheese board and OMG the chips they serve with it taste like homemade Doritos! Meal portions are huge. Atmosphere was lovely and service was great too!

Excellent food. Large portions and priced well. Would definitely go again. Only complaint is that the drinks are priced to high. I was charged $19 for an ole fashion. Update 7-15-21 Went again with a party of 5. Bill was $102.00. Even had a few drinks. Drink prices were very reasonable this time. Talked to Ranada. Very personable and a joy to talk to. She just made the top 5 of my list of places to eat in Lexington.

First time eating here. We were drawn in by Lexington Burger Week. My BF enjoyed the special burger. I opted instead for the fried chicken salad. Let me tell you; this was one of the BEST salads!!! DEFINITELY worth going back for! It had mixed greens, slivered almonds, pickled red onions, sliced grape tomatoes and a freshly fried, well seasoned chicken breast on top. Amazing!

We really were excited about Ranada’s. We’ve been following Ranada. We’ve wanted to try the craft cocktails and exciting menu. Finally we had opportunity to try it last Saturday. It was disappointing. The restaurant was understaffed. We sat at the bar and ordered first cocktails. They were delicious and the bartender was very nice and working hard. There was no way she could keep up alone with all of the orders coming from the bar, the indoor restaurant, and the outdoor seating. The appetizer was delicious. We had the best fried green tomatoes I’ve ever had in my life. They were obviously made fresh and not some frozen premade thing. But service was way too slow and many things on the menu were out of stock. After an hour and a quarter with no idea of when we would get our second drinks and still not being about to order entrees, we left. The lady beside us only ordered a salad and it took so long to arrive that she had to get it to go. It wasn’t a problem with the staff or quality of the drinks or the taste of the food; the food was delicious and the staff was great and working quickly. The restaurant was so seriously understaffed it couldn’t operate successfully.
