Qdoba Mexican Eats - Lexington

THEY THINK THEY'RE SLY! I really love Qdoba, and if it weren't for my affection for them, I would have walked away. THEY THINK THEY'RE SLY. They didn't display the cheese, so I forgot to add it to my meal. My dad, who was with me, thought they were disorganized. But they did have cheese—my brother got it on his quesadilla. THEY CLEARLY HID THE CHEESE! How can you serve food without cheese? I understand that inflation is tough, but don’t take it out on your customers. Bring out the cheese! This time, they let my family and me down.

When I entered the restaurant, the person at the counter mentioned she needed to step outside to take a few emergency calls (I completely understand, we’ve all been there). However, the cook, whose name I later learned was Jaquan Jones, came out from the back to help me create my burrito bowl. I really appreciate him taking the time to assist me and for making my first burrito bowl!

My biggest complaint overall is that the meat is never hot, not even warm. This really detracts from the experience for me, as I prefer my food to be at least warm, but the meat is consistently served cold. This isn’t just an issue at this location; it’s been the same at every QDOBA I’ve visited. If the food were at least warm, I would gladly give QDOBA five stars. I’m not too hard to please; I just want warm food, as cold food is definitely unappealing. Additionally, the chips were disappointing this time around. Normally, I really enjoy QDOBA's chips, but these tasted stale, as if they had been fried in old oil or left in a plastic container for too long. They even had a sour taste, almost reminiscent of an old Tupperware bowl from the 1970s.

When I went into the load, the person at the theke said that they had a few not calls (no hard feelings, we were all there) but the cook came from the back of the restaurant (I learned later his name was jaquan jones) and went with me through the line to make my burrito bowl! I guess he takes the time out of his duty to help me and make his first Burrito shell

I just ordered the surf and shave. the rude young girl put 3 pieces garnel on the job. the order requires 8 after another employee there.
