Penn Station East Coast Subs

Great subs! Initially it was the best chicken salad out there but they changed the recipe for chicken salad and now its just ok.

I really appreciate that you can place your order online for pickup and pay when you get there, rather than having to enter your credit card information in advance. They also offer a different special each month, which is a nice touch!

I would rate my experience a solid five when it comes to the food. The Reuben was fantastic, and the fries were served hot — I definitely got a generous portion of both with my meal. However, the wait time was a significant issue. Orders kept piling up because there was only one person making sandwiches and another handling fries and the cash register. While the staff was friendly and helpful, the overall wait time for each order was far too long. I plan to return and hope to see an increase in staff to help reduce the wait times.

My meals are always cooked to perfection, and the staff is outstanding. This is definitely a weekly stop for me!
