Eating was really good. only on the floor it was a really long time to get out.

On 3/29 my friend and I went to oc, a regular place for us. on this particular day there were many basketball games, so I made a reservation for about 20 minutes. when we arrived, the lady at the inn asked if we made the reservation 20 minutes ago and I told her yes. then she told me very rudely that we have to wait because this was not fair for others and moved us to the waitress. we went aside and of course I complained to my friend and then I realized that the host spoke about us to a waitress. After we had set ourselves, it was eating and our waitress was good, but the dame at the steadfastness needs an adjustment. if they will not take open table reservations when they do not have to offer this ability. I am very disappointed at how unprofessional they acted on PAYING customers.

When we arrived, the host was on a personal call (cell) that explains the family here when she was home. as long as it's short, we had to wait. service was slow, and this is hard to believe as we come three different individual to our table. I think the manager delivered our food. it was cold. I was here a few paintings. the service and quality will get worse every time. Maybe I'll wait one before the return.

The server we had was terrible. He was young, but that wasn't the problem. he was inefficient and forgot the thing. even if I want to look at someone's plaid boxer, I'll go somewhere else. I don't want to see if I'm in a restaurant. he constantly pulled his pants high, but for the greatest part his jeans were under his back cheeks and they could see every piece of his underwear / boxer. they were from the appetizer we ordered. but he forgot when it was time for the bill. it was still on the bill. the server also led glasses to serve men’s drinks by taking his hand over the top and holding on the glass where their lips would be when they go out to drink glass. it took almost an hour to come our appetizers. our escape came to 10 seconds later. the manager seemed to be shocked that we didn't want to eat like that, but after an hour we wait with him. the manager composed the appetizer, but vulnerable young added an additional product that we did not order. he showed more in the round, but then a hooters girl. and even straight girls would enjoy the more. with every happiness he works elsewhere. but eating was very good!

The hostess Ja was extremely rude. While the restaurant had a record of our reservation, they did not reserve space therefore, we had to wait until tables cleared before we could be seated. Ja 's response was Can 't you see we have a full restaurant...you 're just going to have to wait. I have no idea when your table will be ready...I just told you the place is full If you have a problem with that, you can talk to my manager I did speak to the manager who had a better attitude but we still had to wait and then ended up in the bar. With a group of ~15, this took quite a bit of time. The location advertises 110 beers (there were only about 6 on tap). The location advertises Chicago style pizza, which is not the case the Chicago style was more similar to a Pizza Hut pan pizza. Very dissapointing experiecne overall as this was a celebration for a 50th birthday and mentioned in special notes as part of the reservation. No aknowledgement of the birthday by any employees.
