Mizu - Lexington

We decided to enjoy sushi again! After being impressed the first time, our second visit was even better. The sushi has definitely improved, and everything we tried was absolutely delicious! We ordered the volcanic roll, dragon roll, rainbow roll, spider roll, and another roll that I've forgotten the name of, but it was all fantastic. The food was so good that we couldn't resist taking some to go, and the staff even provided us with cups for the sushi. We've found our new favorite sushi spot and are very impressed! The only downside was that it was quite difficult to find the menu online.

What a delightful surprise to discover this restaurant within a Walmart center! The Asian cuisine here is notably better than what you typically encounter. While the portion sizes are not large, the flavors are much more vibrant, and the presentation is quite appealing. The extra dollar for the salad feels a bit excessive given its size, and I think it could benefit from a bit more spice. Overall, it's a great experience, and I look forward to returning to try the sushi and Thai dishes.

I LOVE Mizu! They have the best sushi in town. If this place ever closed I don't know what I would do. Their Spicy Tuna roll is to die for. Also, if you're looking for a cheap lunch, their lunch sushi special is the best! Salad 3 rolls of your choice for $10! LOVE IT!!

Made our first visit here last night. Pleasantly surprised by the interior. Very nice lighting (not too dark) and beautiful woodwork inside. A nice oasis in the middle of Walmart, shoe stores, beauty supply, and other standard shopping center merchants. Menu is quite extensive. My wife had the Shrimp Tempura. It was nicely done with a tasty coating. Her dish was served piping hot right out of the fryer (which we appreciated). I went for a Thai shrimp curry which took a little longer but was delicious. We did not try any sushi or traditional Chinese dishes this time but the menu had an extensive selection of them. Will definitely be back there to explore more of their menu options.
