Mcdonald's - Lexington

The food is hit and miss. When items are left out, they get mad at you for it.

Workers left money on counter and ignored my mom, and then when my mom requested a refund they ignored her for an hour, gave out food to other, and were rude. I wouldn't advise going here. Also the manager that was here at 1:10am should be fired

Absolute failure! Staff literally just ignores their customers.

I brought my kids to this McDonald’s today and ordered four McFlurry‘s when I got to the checkout window in the drive-through. I only got two Mc flurry so I kindly mentioned it to the cashier. He then told me well that’s what they told me you want it and close the window in my face. I attempted to go into the main entrance to talk to a manager and they locked the doors. I attempted to call the store over 15 times I was sent to voicemail. I attempted to contact another store location to try and get the corporate number. The manager told me he didn’t have the number, every McDonald’s have their own corporate

Definitely horrible as always rude employees did never right and they get made put you on hold when you call to complain.. they need be shut down
