Bidrage med feedbackMy daughter and I visited this McDonald's 3rd November at 10:30. I finally had to scream hallo in the loudspeaker after sitting in the car without welcoming me. Then I was asked to keep. After about a minute or so, I was told to go ahead with my order. At that time my daughter continued to order the posted special purchase, get one for a dollar, but she was rudely cut off from the cash register and said that they didn't have such a deal, they had only one for $3 deal or something. We were calm because we were stunned because of his rudeness and because we saw the published special. But the next thing we knew that the cashiers, without reference to us, switched off our microphone and pulled in the next lane to the car and took their order. Then he moved back to us as if nothing with what he did and said Ma 'am we have this special, which two articles do you want? After we ordered our food, it took 15 minutes to get it, and it was just us and the other car in the ride. I ordered and Big Mac and added a tomato, my sandwich had no tomatoes, plus I had two pieces of bread on each other with no meat in between. My daughter ordered Nuggets and didn't get her sauce and our fries were cold. The service was terrible, and so was food, and it was never like this McDonald 's before. I don't know what happened.
Waited in the drive thru for thirty minutes in a long line. Understandable because it was busy but once I got to the window I was told to pull up. That?s when I waited for 30 minutes while watching at least 10 cars behind me steady driving through getting food fast. Then got the order wrong. Very poor service.
This McDonald's location is extremely convenient the staff is friendly. However, they have room for improvement in the drive-thru food department. The last few times the sandwiches I ordered were barely wrapped just sort of thrown into the bag. In addition, the lettuce wasn't very fresh (on sandwiches that had lettuce) the Fish Fillets had very little tartar sauce. If this happens you're willing to go back, management has always been willing to replace the orders if you take the originally ordered food back with you or the receipt. This is true for any McDonald's location I've ever visited.
Yesterday, I followed the instructions for curbside pick up. I got out of my car and entered the building after more than 30 minutes waiting in the parking spot designated for curbside pick up. The manager spoke to me as if I did not enter my parking spot number and was expected to pick my order up at the counter, even after showing him the screenshot from the McDonald's app. The app was even showing that my order had already been collected from the McDonalds, while I was still waiting to receive my food. My food had been sitting on the counter waiting for me to come and get it. After complaining, they did remake the french fries, but the burger and chicken nuggets were cold. I do not appreciate receiving entrees that were out on a counter for ~30 minutes.
The lady at the drive thru wouldn 't let us finish our order! She took the kids happy meal orders and when we went to order our food, she rudely said, They can modify your order at window 1! Then we get to window 2 (pick up window) and our order is totally incorrect!!
