Main Street Deli - Lexington

Good vegetable omelet. Fresh veggies not overcooked and folded into the fresh eggs. Cooked on a flat top grill right in front of you. Tots cooked perfectly. Crisp on the outside and almost creamy on the inside. I ordered an English Muffin and discovered I had toast when I got to the office, but it was buttered properly so I was happy!

Good Omelette. Don't let the décor deter you. Looking like a generic gas station food court, Main Street Deli has some very good food. I tried out their western omelette, and was very surprised. It was tasty and quite good. Unfortunately, the side tater tots were the usual bland, deep fried garbage that most fast food joints offer. I would have preferred an alternative side, but it came with the meal. I could have done without the paper plates and plastic cutlery as well. No food is complimented when served on plastic. The prices, however, are very affordable. I am looking forward to going back and checking out their lunch menu items in the near future.

They slam you with sides drink.. I had the reuben and it was good. The drink and fries were very overpriced. Service was good. Clean indoors. I will eat there again, just get carryout and skip the extras.

Loved it! Great staff working and genuine people! Really enjoyed the philly cheesesteak! Will definitely come back

My main street combo which is a corn beef and pastrami sandwich was very tasty and filling. The prices are very reasonable for a downtown restaurant. I highly recommend eating there for lunch.
