Craft Food Hall - Lexington

Ehhhh. I understand the appeal it’s cool pouring your own beers but everything else about it was pretty mediocre. The food was fine nothing special. It’s an afterthought to the beer in the opinion. the beer selection wasn’t great in my opinion.

Great concept but not executed properly. Food is extremely undercooked. Staff doesn’t read any notes or seem to care what so ever when they prepare food. Food super bland and cooked way too fast.

Confusing setup on our first visit. Industrial interior, bad acoustics and loud music did nothing for my anxiety. Outside was sunny but no shade. My older friend is vegetarian and we could not find the vegan menu until some point then out at the counter. Stood around the lunch counter for about 5 minutes to order wrong. Why are the menus at the counter if you cannot order there? Another customer came by and said to order at the kiosk great. Another 10 minutes to order and pickup order credit card only? Confusing kiosk had way to order drinks so we just took a juice from the cooler. Ok, the lunch itself was pretty good. 2 star for service because of poor signage and NO staff, other than the excellent kitchen staff.Vegetarian options: Three different menus, same confusing color, pasted to the counter, and no signage that it was not the place to order.

I wish I had read the reviews before we went. Food was awful and my $14.50 glass of wine was warm. Not going to comment further. First and last time to go!!! Beware!!UPDATE: I was contacted by the company asking for additional details regarding the shortfalls in our visit. Seemed like genuine inquiry on how to improve experience.

Burger gave me intestinal distress. I work nearby and we go to RH frequently. I cannot speak for the beer, but the food has noticeably diminished. Today 09/21/2023 I observed the persons preparing the food eating behind the counter with their bare hands. I do not mean to be judgmental, but looking at the persons preparing the food makes me wonder about their own personal hygiene and how this translates into what I am ingesting. I will not go back!
