Chipotle Mexican Grill - Lexington

I tried it recently and it is my best option if I want to eat something good, delicious, healthy and clean. in the two branches I ate, they always serve me very well. I prefer where they speak Spanish to me?. it's my favorite place!

Restaurant was clean and the workers were very cordial. The workers here are very under staffed. They were so understaffed that when I asked for chips I was told they had none because they didn't have enough people for someone to be making them. Though they were overworked you would never have known because they were so gracious and helpful. Get this people some more staff.

The service was lovely, but they seemed to be out a lot of things in the middle of the day. I would have otherwise given them the 5 stars because the burrito was delicious.

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. The most rude staff I've ever encountered in my life. I asked the young girl working the line if I could have some cheese she shoves her hand into the cheese thing looks at me like she wants to murder me then sarcastically slams probably 5 cups of cheese onto a tortilla and called it a day Thanks guys

Food was good but their atmosphere was bad. No issues with employee interactions. The issue was that they seemed terribly understaffed to the point where all of their trash cans were overflowing. When I finished my meal I just sat it above the trash can cause I wasn’t sure where to put it.The ice machine tray was filled with about 3-4 inches of ice sitting there. Definitely the most messy Chipotle I’ve ever been too. Then again, it’s in the heart of downtown near campus, so it’s likely always busy and always understaffed.
