Dang this place was good. We live an hour north but had to run errands down in Hollywood and we're rushed. The staff were super great and friendly and the food was ready super fast. It was a nice experience considering we had been driving for almost 4 hours.

I love Firehouse, but today I had a frustrating experience, even after I called first. The disinterested person who took my call, answered my question about any other information about Senior Sunday, mumbled (comes? drink and chips. Firehouse needs to erase Senior Sunday Free Combo sign. I should have known better. The phrase Free Combo means the sandwich, side (typically chips and drink are free. Adding drink and chips, free, is not a free combo. It is make your sandwich a combo with free chips and drink. Now I know, the embarrassing way, why seniors didn't know what I was talking about, it isn't mentioned on website or there are no reviews about it. It doesn't exist. I walked out. I suggest an upfront advertisement..

I have always enjoyed my experiences with Firehouse Subs. Their variety specialty sandwiches are less than other chains, but I feel the choices are better. Their specialty subs are just that, special. They feel more like artisan subs, and all are delicious. This particular resturaunt always has professional service and is fast and efficient. I have never had a wrong order here. I highly recommend Firehouse Subs for a quick and tasty meal.
