Bidrage med feedbackI have 4 dinners it's was right at $10 all of our boxes only come with really 12 fries each.... had to wait so long in the line. And no sauce.
Went up there today and sat in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes just waiting for them to take my order. There was no line. Pulled right up to order and still waited 10-15 minutes just for them to take my order, could understand if we were waiting on food. After saying hello 3 times, I finally pulled around and went inside to the employees inside arguing over what position certain people were supposed to be doing. To one guy cussing behind the counter. And I’m guessing the manager arguing with one of the guys over which position he was suppose to be in. Oh and if you’re going to have a rule list for the employees at least put it somewhere the customers can’t see. Even though the rules weren’t being put into effect since their person in the very back breading the chicken had air pods in.
I paid 37.00 to get a Half Filled side of Beans and Rice!!For that price it SHOULD HAVE BEEN FULL!!I asked the cashier what sides were availableAnd I got a Extended Arm with a pointingFINGER!!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!YOU OPEN YOUR MOUTH ANDSAY WHAT SIDES YOU HAVE!!IS THAT DIFFICULT!?LET ME KNOW...I WILL GO TO K.F.C. !!
Poor management service!!!!! All of my order was incorrect. My food wasn’t in the bag after driving home I called to attempt to come and get the food. I was told that he didn’t feel like making a pan of macaroni because they close at 10! Explained my frustration he didn’t understand and hung up the phone I then called back the employee hung up the phone no one picked back up the phone very unprofessional I will be calling corporate!
Customer service is terrible here. The lady at the drive thru is very rude. I didn’t even complete my order, I just drove off.
