First off, once you enter East Ocean you immediately smell this foul sulfuric smell. Customer service was good, though. She was nice and patient with us. We then ordered sesame chicken to go, and it looked and smelled like it was going to be good or atleast decent. However, that sadly wasn't the case. When tearing apart the chicken it looked very strange...nothing like chicken.The flavor had an odd taste to it, and the texture was fatty with gristle. We honestly questioned what we were eating and threwthe rest away. The outside and inside of the restaurant are not well kept, either. Also, I love sushi, but I would never trusttheir sushi. It's actually scary to think about. In all honesty, that place should be inspected. I never usually do reviewsunless it's a great place or a horrible place, especially hazard-like similar to East Ocean. I would never recommend this placeto anyone I care about.

I ordered online I usually get shrimp and broccoli with hot sour soup and it’s normally great but I haven’t ordered in several months and ordered online my usual and they must have a new cook or something because it wasn’t as good it wasn’tbad but not as good as usual. Hot sour soup was very salty I believe they gave me egg drop soup cause it had a lot of eggs init. Just wasn’t the same not sure if I want to risk going back. Don’t order when first open online maybe they didn’t haveeverything done or ready it was a bit of a disappointment for lunch that day Tuesday 10/18/22.

I've only ever ordered delivery, but the orange chicken is the best orange chicken I've ever eaten. Honestly though, all of the food is delicious. It is always very fresh. Change up the plain white rice to fried rice. I promise you won't regret it!

Roaches in my combination fried rice. I spent $50 and wanted a full refund since we stopped eating the food, that was denied. They only offered to refund my rice, so disappointed. Never again will I order from here.

This was our go-to delivery Chinese food. Not any more. Prices have skyrocketed and the fees are insane. 4% credit card, .75 packing fee, Delivery fee and tax. Our 3 plate order turned into over $55. And then the order we got was wrong on top of theprices. Definitely not worth the price.
