Rather than telling me to go to the correct store, the operating partner of this particular store, Evelyn, made my order anyway and it was hot and fresh. Not tomention they were extremely busy, and I wasn?t left waiting too long. My gratitude to the owners of this establishment forsaving my lunch break.
We stopped in to order lunch to go. They were really busy with drive thru and dine in customers. There were several employees working and every one of them was busy! Yet even in the chaos, things were running smoothly. I say that because I didn't realizeit was the noon hour when we stopped. We had someone meeting us at home at 1pm. So when I realized the time, we had 15 minutesto make the meeting. I was going to ask to cancel our order but the only thing left to wait on a onion rings with 1 minute togo. Remember, I forgot the time when I ordered or I never would have added onion rings! Timing was all on me they didgreat!! The food came out delicious and service was excellent. The best Whataburger service and meal I've had in a while. Thankyou to the hard working staff!!
I was extremely disappointed when I arrived at this restaurant, expecting it to be open 24/7 as advertised. However, upon entering, I was told by a staff member that it was drive-through only. The service was rude and lacking in courtesy. The line for the drive-through was long and I ultimately decided not to wait for my food. This Whataburger location is terrible and I will not be returning.
Today, this restaurant was on top of their game! Despite the lunchtime rush on a Saturday, they had everything running smoothly and were efficiently fulfilling orders. Additionally, the staff members were exceptional - very friendly and kind. I want to give a special shoutout to Jana, who was constantly moving in and out of the store to assist all the customers. She was absolutely fantastic!
The service at this restaurant is very poor, and they seem to view customers as a burden. I placed an order through the Whataburger App for curbside pickup. Unfortunately, this particular Whataburger location is consistently dysfunctional, disorganized, and extremely slow. Despite being able to customize my order online, my order was still incorrect. It seems that the workers at this location have a knack for getting orders wrong, regardless of how busy or slow they may be. I generally enjoy Whataburger, but I strongly dislike this particular establishment. I believe that the Store Manager should be replaced in order to improve the overall attitude and efficiency of this location.
