Subway - Lewisville

The food here is consistently delicious and fresh. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because of the owner's attitude. He often seems grumpy and never greets customers or expresses gratitude for their visit. Additionally, I really wish they would bring back the soups!

This is my favorite Subway location! I love it because it's such a charming, bright, and convenient spot. I often come here to refuel, satisfy my hunger, grab a drink, or simply unwind with a cookie. The raspberry cheesecake is my absolute favorite! The store is always clean and has a wonderful atmosphere. I really love Subway! Hehe!

Fantastic tasting food, staff is ALWAYS friendly. I'm passing two other underground restaurants to come to this! Vegetarian Options: Wide selection of Veggies available They always treated my son how they would be another customer!

I've been frequenting this subway location for many years, and the staff has always been friendly. However, during my most recent visit, the manager appeared to be quite unkind to his colleague. It could have been just a moment of stress during the lunch rush, but it felt really unprofessional. As I mentioned, it might have just been an off day for him, but if I witness that behavior again, I will consider finding another place to eat.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant due to an older lady who works there. Unfortunately, she struggles with her job; despite my clearly speaking to her, she often mishears orders and ends up putting the wrong cheese or sauce on my sandwiches. Additionally, she doesn't distribute the vegetables and sauce evenly, leaving a mess when I try to eat them as the sandwiches don't close properly. It's a shame because this is the cleanest Subway in town, and the middle-aged man who works weekday mornings is fantastic. However, if you end up being served by her, I'm afraid the service might not meet your expectations.
