Patrizio's - Highland Vlllage

We were in this restaurant several times in the past. this experience was completely different and totally disappointing. the service was unconsistently slow and chaotic. service did not seem to know who did what. Although the cocktails were good, my entrée was especially in edible. I ordered the chicken and mushroom lasagne and the first bite tasted like the dish rancid or mold plus cold. my friends from the aubergine parmesan was meager and although delicious they still hungry. our appetizer, calimari, was partly raw and cold. sad. we will never return.

We booked the same morning for seven people at 18:00 clock, and I was pleasantly surprised to get the table. it was in a flat alcove, so we had some private sphere, but were still in the main room. eating was good, with a lot of choice. our server was attentive and personal, but he made a hate of controls and they had to be redeemed again. but I was glad to see that he had shared the shared points among all controls that I have not seen before, but it was very helpful.

Celebrated the 16th birthday of my daughter and ryan did a fantastic job that served our table. he never stopped smiling: he is great!

It was my birthday dinner. we stood in front and waited to be welcomed and sit for close to 8 minutes. Nobody even went forward.

Food was good. Service was slower than usual and our waiter didn't make a lot of stops by the table to refill drinks. It was an OK visit
