Bidrage med feedbackI ordered a 16-piece original recipe bucket (legs and thighs) for pickup through Uber Eats. When I opened the order, I was greeted with stale, greasy food that usually includes tough, rubbery wings and dry breast pieces. When I picked up the order (which was in a sealed KFC bag), I inquired with the cashier whether the food was freshly prepared. He seemed indifferent, and to make matters worse, they didn’t follow my order instructions and added random pieces. I am extremely disappointed with this KFC experience!
This is the worst car I've visited so far. Everyone seems to have an attitude problem here. 0 customer service. Kfc should cancel its license
I just started my lunch break and was the only customer in the restaurant. There was only one car in the drive-thru, yet I waited for nearly 13 minutes while three employees walked by, ignoring me as they chatted amongst themselves.
I frequently encounter boiled chicken at this restaurant, and I have decided not to eat there again. I usually end up only consuming the tougher pieces. Unfortunately, today I paid a premium for boiled meat and sour soda, which has been a recurring issue whenever I order soda here. When I returned the food, I initially requested a replacement at the Drive-Thru speaker, but the employee was quite rude, prompting me to ask for a refund instead. When I approached the window, she just stared at me with an attitude and even rolled her eyes later. It's truly unbelievable. She also mistakenly assumed that I placed my order when they opened, suggesting that they wouldn't serve boiled chicken at that time, which speaks volumes about her understanding of culinary practices.
I just don't know how the hell this place still open, I always like to give places second chances, but this place needs better managers and staff, please make everyone a favor and shutdown this place.
