Only I had a hair in my taco, kinda gross order is fast but cook should wear hair net so this doesn't happen again
The lady for the Drive-through has some attitude problem- I was trying to transfer money so I could pay and she kept on saying are you ready , are you ready I had said to her please wait- but she kept on repeating the same thing- so with a straight face I said to wait! Then she’s like don’t talk to me like that! And she started to speak in Spanish to her coworkers and they started to peak outside to see who it is! I was on the phone call with my sister making sure I get the correct orders for her kids! Everytime I come to this location I don’t see anyone sitting inside and there’s no wait in the drive way- I get it now after this encounter! She is very disrespectful- if she’s the manager she needs to be nicer to the customers
This place is the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to. It's always something. Today they only took cash. Who the hell carries cash anymore. I guess that explains why the parking lot was empty.
This is a horrible Jack In the box in Lewisville. You will be in the drive thru for about an hour to only get cold food or whatever the staff feels like giving you. Staff closes whenever they want at night and you can see the staff just sleeping in the lobby. They have BIG attitude and will purposely play loud music and watch you as you sit in the drive thru. I have been on the phone with customer service with Dash and they were so disgusted with how the Jack in the box employees were talking to me, to the point the Dash operator just cancelled the order told me to leave still paid me. I am surprised nothing has been done on how horrible service is here. I have called to speak to the manager on more then one occasion during the day and they refuse to talk to me or have me on hold for an hour then hang up. When I went to the store to speak to the manager the manager and the troubled employee was in the office with slight giggles til I got fed up and walked out. I have sent videos of the employees sleeping in the lobby and playing I don 't wanna **** with you as I waited for food in the drive thru. I am hoping changes happen soon or that Uber eats and dash cancel them. SO DISAPPOINTED AND SHOCKED THAT THIS PLACE ALLOWS A MANAGER THAT ALLOWS THIS BEHAVIOR TO HAPPEN TO CUSTOMERS AND HAS SUCH POOR EMPLOYEES.
