Bj's Brewhouse - Lewisville

For food 5/5 but for service -0/5. We had a terrible experience for this particular location. Dated 5/4/24 it was storm here in DFW so we decided to try this place. It was raining heavily and there was no parking spot available so we decided to carry out large veggie pizza. They told us it is $15plus tax. No issues we ordered. The rain stopped for couple of minutes and we decided to dine inn like we initially planned and informed server that we will dine inn. Good came on time no issue at all. When our check came, the total was some $32. I asked the server it wS $15 something and she said the price was for carry out not for dine inn . Why on earth you didn't inform us about the price difference when we TOLD you that we are dining inn.. we didnt know they have half off on carry onn we never ordered from them before. And then we got a lecture from one of their Indian origin server that sorry sir our company will be at loss we can't offer you the price we told you initially and blah blah! $30 is not a big amount trust me but miscommunication is an issue! Sorry but not again for this location

The food and the service weee excellent. We made a reservation online and said it was for a special occasion celebration and yet nothing was addressed and the table they set us at for 6 adults was rather small and in the middle of the aisle getting knocked a couple of times. We even explained to the host who seated us and he just said ok and walked away. BUT the food and service were amazing and will still be coming back, we just hope next time our party will be better seated

Had a great time with friends and family. Delicious food, clean place with perfect vibe for dining. I always enjoy their strawberry mint mojitos, fried mac and cheese balls, pan seared dumplings, and avacado egg rolls. I love their salads and grilled salmon over rice. Pastas are very flavorful.

I had just recently visited this BJ’s I’m originally from Arizona and the BJ’s over there aren’t bad we always liked them but the Lewisville location over here in Dallas was just about top notch. The place was clean which was a change and a nice one. Everyone enjoyed their meals, service was excellent, had everything we needed and the prime rib dip was delicious!
