Great food. Try the chili and chili cheese fries. Owner is super nice also.

The pulled pork was average. The seasoned fries were severely overdone. The owner has a lot of opinions about how he could solve complex global problems with a wave of his hand. He could probably use some of that energy to focus on his food prep when there's only one customer in the place.I'd give it another go if I were in town because one off meal isn't the end of the world.If you're traveling through Midland you should try Bone Daddy's and compare. I already know the result.

Pretty good and very filling. The different pop options was a nice treat too.

Small shop for Barbecue/smoked food. I ordered the brisket sandwhich with coleslaw on the side. The coleslaw had a bit of an overpowering vinegar taste, but overall the food was pretty good. The shop had a bit of a smell to it, but was bearable. The lock on the bathroom door did not work when I visited.
