Momi Land Polaris - Lewis Center

I took my nearly 2-year-old to this location this morning for the second time, with six months passing since our last visit, and I was alarmed by several issues I noticed. When I climbed onto the play structure in the ball pit to assist my daughter, I found a tear that had been covered with duct tape, and there was some sort of smear on the wall of the stairs. We arrived around opening time, and there were no other guests present, only employees. I also noticed a bolt at the top that should have had a cap but was left uncovered, right where the kids climb up. Inside the play structure, another bolt was completely missing, and on the webbing tunnel, some stitching was entirely gone. Needless to say, we decided to leave. During our previous visit, I had noticed some obvious signs of wear and tear, like the vinyl getting thin and the walls needing a fresh coat of paint. While it felt a bit rundown, I didn’t think it was unsafe. I chose to give it another try after seeing a response from the owners to a Google review that criticized the safety and cleanliness, claiming they were making constant repairs. Unfortunately, my experience suggests that this does not seem to be the case.

We took our little one to this location for the first time yesterday. We've visited the Hilliard location several times and love it, but this one is closer to us, so we decided to give it a try. My only complaints are that it feels a bit less spacious than the other location, and some areas, like the trampoline section, need repairs or replacements. However, overall, our little one had a fantastic time, and it was worth the money. For those who are frustrated about having to buy socks repeatedly, we recommend just reusing them; that's what we do!

I visited two days ago and, unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. The venue is much smaller than I expected. It seems that cleanliness and safety are not priorities here (I’ve included photos of the slide and trampoline area, but I cropped them for privacy regarding my child). The overall condition of the place is quite shabby. I won’t be returning!

Took our two year old son and he had a wonderful time. There is so many options for play. Jumping, Montessori kitchen, ball pit, slide ect. The only frustration was that there were some parents not watching their kids but of course that’s on the parents not the business. 10/10 would recommend and we will definitely be going again.

A very reasonably priced, super fun time for my 3 year old. I haven't seen a ball pit in 20 years so I was pretty pumped to discover this place. No big kids allowed, so you don't have to worry about the little ones being run over. I suggest going early because as the day goes on it seems to get busier and busier. The only unfortunate thing is when you have to tolerate children behaving badly due to poor parenting and poor supervision. That comes with the territory of any kids place, however.
