Burger King - Lewis Center

This might be the best chicken sandwich I've ever had—the crispy spicy one. I had to wait a few minutes, but it was absolutely worth it! Even the hassle of crossing the tricky 750/350 intersection twice was worth it (I live in Powell, so I know it's a bit of a challenge to get there). The restaurant does struggle with staff shortages, but the employees are always friendly and genuinely care about providing good service. In contrast, I recently had an experience at the McDonald's in Powell where the staff handed me my food and closed the window without saying a word. I can understand if they were having a tough day, but it still wasn't ideal!

I checked out the reviews for this location, and it seems like I might be lucky or they've made some improvements. I used the drive-thru, so I can't speak to the interior. The staff member who took my order was very polite and professional. When I got to the window, he remained friendly and even caught a mistake made by the sandwich maker, correcting it before the food was bagged. Everything was hot, fresh, and tasted just as you'd expect from Burger King. I've certainly been to many worse Burger Kings!
