The Peacehaven - Lewes

I visited this restaurant over the bank holiday weekend at the end of May 2024. I always come here for breakfast and sometimes dinner when visiting family in Brighton and I have never been disappointed. The food is consistently excellent, the surroundings are well-maintained, and all the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly, especially Lisa, Monique, and Kirsty. I have also tried the pub in this chain near my home in the Midlands, but it does not compare to the quality of the Peacehaven location. I will definitely be returning whenever I am back in Brighton.

Our delightful server Liz took great care of us as usual. She was cheerful and efficient, as always.

Eileen served us. Everything was marvelous, super service, fastly prepared pizza only was a bit not fully fried potatoes. Apart from that good atmospheric music.

Carvery is good value for money and tasty. Kids really rate their pizzas. Pudding menu has been revamped over the past few years and has lots of options. Breakfast is good value but a little greasy. Only negative is the refillable hot drinks; the dispenser touches the rim of every cup, which is not very hygienic.
