Manoshi - Lewes

We arrived late to the restaurant after the kitchen had already closed, but we were still greeted with a warm smile. The chef/owner graciously prepared a fresh meal for us from scratch. The food was cooked and presented with great attention to detail. The lamb biryani, dahl, bhajis, and lamb tikka masala were all delicious and perfectly seasoned, giving off an authentic taste. Thank you, Manoshi. We will make sure to come back at an earlier time next time.

Had a takeaway from here last night, first time we have used Manoshi for a few years after a poor experience which was about waiting time not food. Ordered over the phone, timings given were accurate, collected the food ourselves. Four of us thoroughly enjoyed the food, which was delicious, plentiful and of very good quality. We’ll be back!

I went to this restaurant the other night with my family and I have to say, I couldn't find any fault with it! The service was excellent and the food was delicious. The woman who served us was very polite and friendly, and she went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. I highly recommend this place, I was very impressed.

The restaurant offers amazing food with excellent service from lovely staff at a reasonable price. The quality of food is impeccable, and the restaurant is nice. The staff is very caring and maintains good hygiene. I highly recommend this restaurant as it is the best. I can't wait to eat there again.

Hands down my favourite take away east of Brighton. Consistently awesome, they are our go to take away after we moved to the area over 2 years ago. I think they’ve even got better since reopening after the lockdowns. Another delicious lamb tikka bhuna and onion bajis! Don’t be put off by the decor, it’s in no way representative of the quality of food, which is brilliant. Highly recommend!
